Everyone had to agree that they had a great time at the end of the day. Although we sort of got the fire started later than expected, we have to give our BIGGEST THANKS to the unsung heroes : Jin Wei, Wei Sze, Deena's siblings?, and the rest who helped so much in cooking the foodstuff and making this a wonderful heck of a party. After this, I feel that it is going to be SO hard to let go of GV Drama Club in our perspective graduating years. I already miss my seniors. :(
Last but not least, so sorry Muhi(Muhaimin) for ruining the shirt! HAHAHA! Well, it was you who threw the bomb at me anyway, so yeah. And sorry for the curry stain too, that I didn't plan. Well, and for spraying my Body Shop (Fi's present) perfume on you shirt, like multiple times before you left for your Gig. :] Hey, you ruined Fiefe's shirt too! That was MAJOR MEAN. But in the end, we all *cough* love you. :D
Another Drama outing? OH COUNT ME IN. I'd be honoured to do so. :D
And with this, Singapore is out of the Suzuki Cup 08'. Dissapointment.
Singapore managed to cling on to a Nil-Nil draw in the first-leg of the semi-finals against Vietnam, but in the National Stadium just hours ago, our team conceeded, which eventually led to a loss. This leaves Vietnam to move on to the finals along with Thailand, and the Lions to watch the match in the comfort of their own homes.
I was most dissapointed with the few chances which Alam Shah had given away at the start of the match. Those opportunities turned into wasted, effortless attempts as soon as Vietnam scored the goal at the 76th minute. Bennett, Casmir (personally one of my favourite players in the S.League), Jiayi and Mustafic Fahrudin did a great job in the game, and Precious could've done better. I think it is also due to the enthusiasm of the Singapore fans. Many were yelling vulgarities and complaining when they could've cheered the Lions on more. It's okay, we'll have a 'next time'. Jia You Team Singapore, and a great job done. :)
On the bright side, my brother managed to snag us John Wilkinson's soccer boot! Yes, and although he didn't play in the game, he should know that his brand-new-Nike-right-foot-boot is safe with us. Hah, we also caught the guy who managed to slip away with his lefty! Also, we wish you the best of luck in recovery. :]
PS: I bumped into Azraei today, 2nd time since after OBS infact. He was prolly catching the S'pore match too. And also, slight change of hair colour. Hoho. Anyone wants a jersey from the goalkeeper of Vietnam? It's in our custody, so we give you 24 hours to claim it, or else, it remains as ours. Thank You. :D
And for today (Sat,20th/Dec), after almost 2 years, I went to train with 'ma boyz in tha hood'. TKD. It made me feel so refreshed, and it really cleared my mind. That was like a remedy to me for years, since I was young. Now, I found my love and passion once again. :)
For now, I have to thank Deena for helping me get something off my chest. Thanks darl. Appreciate it lots. :]
The Nanny + Whose Line = Gets you high for the rest of the holidays. :)
1)Overshadowing RKO's comeback story. (Yes, it's true. He got ALL the attention, leaving only limited to Randy. Yes, be mad. ]:)
2)Getting another Golden Chance. (He got a title shot at Survivor Series straight away as he came back from recovery? I mean, Batista deserves it waaaaay more that he does. Seriously.)
3)Alright. Maybe I do have a grudge on him. After he threw HHH out of the ring at the past Royal Rumble PPV? Don't think I forgot about that. ]:
After all this blur, I still congratulate Team Orton upon winning Team Batista in the Survivor Series. Lets go two weeks from here to Armageddon, and see what deals are really spread on the table. :D
